Container Leak Testing Equipment
ALPS (Automated Logic Power Systems LLC) based in Wisconsin USA, is a world leader in the manufacture of automated container leak testing equipment. ALPS has delivered leak detectors for all container types and production rates, and the current population of machines is testing approximately 50 billion containers per year.
With 40 years experience, they have developed a range of container leak testing equipment, such as:
High speed NextGen Rotary container integrity testers.
4 to 30 test stations, with rates from 100 CPM to 1,200 CPM. Auxiliary tests are available, including turntable vacuum assist, functional seal surface inspections, top-load, height and integrated vision inspections.
Leak Monitor for blow moulders
The Leak Monitor for blow moulders is a production monitoring tool designed for integration within two-step PET container blow moulders. The system uses an ultrasonic detection method to continuously monitor each mold for leakage. It doubles as a bottle leak inspector and predictive maintenance tool to alert operators to internal leakage during the blow moulding process.
SS-100 high-speed single-station indexing conveyor leak tester
The Model SS-100 leak tester is a single-station inspection system using an integrated, indexing conveyor. Use of a servo-driven vacuum conveyor enables precise bottle handling and, together with high speed STM2 leak test circuitry, allows testing rates that are higher than competitive models.
RS-100 high-speed single-station moving head leak tester
The Model RS-100 leak tester is a unique continuous-motion linear leak tester that requires no change parts tooling. It is designed to test directly over an existing continuous conveyor, automatically tracking, following and testing the bottles as they travel down the production line.
SX-Flex multi-station linear leak testers
The SX-Flex is a linear machine, available in up to four test stations, designed to capture and test bottles directly over continuous conveyor systems. The SX-Flex is best suited for shuttle blow molding processes that require bottle handling
