TechnoWrapp 130 pallets / hour wrapping machine revolutionises the pallet wrapping industry

TechnoWrapp S.r.l. from Fonzaso Italy, in collaboration with their local partner HBM Packaging Technologies, have released the new high speed, state of the art, A800 and A800 4E automatic ring wrapping machines for wrapping palletized loads with stretch film and a waterproof top sheet. With speeds of up to 130 pallets per hour, it is among the fastest available.

The A800 and A800 4E are highly productive precision engineered wrapping machines, designed to keep film usage to a minimum, and yet ensure complete hermetic sealing of the pallet stack.

The innovative ring technology rotates the film cartridge around the palletised load, combining smooth horizontal and vertical movements to cover the load, while still maintaining the integrity of the load corners.

Because the pallet/load is static, the stability and integrity of the stack is maintained during the high speed wrapping process
