Typically a special soundproofed services room needs to be constructed for housing the compressor together with a gantry for maintenance adjacent to the blow moulding area.

This cost coupled with the cost of connecting the piping to the PET blow moulder and services (power & water) to the compressor can be an expensive undertaking.

The SIAD ‘Silent Box’ solution allows the compressor to be placed immediately adjacent to the blow moulders with the following benefits:
