The MPFMP-060 semi-automatic pocket filler dispenses clean, accurate portions of a wide range of ‘difficult-to-fill’ products, such as cooked rice, cooked pastas (short and long varieties), cut vegetables and fruit, prepared salads as well as other products including cereal, seafood and shredded meats into a variety of containers including trays, cups, plates, jars and pouches.

Ideally suited for low speed lines, contract packaging and pilot plant type operations, this semi-automatic machine requires one operator and can dispense product at speeds of up to 50-60cpm, resulting in a significant labour savings compared with traditional hand-filling methods.  One unit is capable of replacing seven workers at the filling stage with improved fill accuracies.

The MPFMP-60 machine, like the fully automatic models also offered by Multi-fill, is a mobile unit which can be quickly cleaned for a product changeover or moved to a different production line in minutes, ready to fill a different product into a different container with no or few change parts. It can be positioned over many different conveying systems, continuous or intermittent, as well as horizontal or vertical bagging units.
