Lanfranchi release a ‘Evolution® kit’ to upgrade their existing bottle unscramblers

Benefits of upgrading an existing unscrambler include:-

• Changeover has been reduced by 75%, now taking only 15 minutes.

• Product jams are avoided as the vacuum starwheel is more flexible than its predecessor in terms of operating limits.

• The starwheel now makes it possible for the machine to work with lighter weight bottles.

• The same extractors can now be used for all bottle sizes

• Bottles are extracted out of the separator via the vacuum generated by the starwheel. This eliminates the need for mechanical extractors.

• The Laco adjustable channel allows for adjustment of the container size via a simple movement of the preset knob, minimising user error.
