Krauss Maffei celebrate a milestone with the 36D single screw extruder sales

Krauss Maffei Extrusion of Munich Germany, a world leader in plastics machinery has recently celebrated a major milestone – the sale of their 700^th 36D single-screw extruder. The lucky recipient of the 700^th machine was a leading Israel pipe producer, who will be using the KME-45-36B/R single screw extruder to produce three-layer pipe made of filled polypropylene for transporting waste water.

“The extruder can be used with extreme flexibility to process many different materials, including all popular polyolefins, special materials such as PE-RT, polybutylene and materials with a high regrind or filler content.
