are
pleased to announce the appointment of HBM Plastics & Packaging
Technologies as their sales and service partner in Australia and New
Zealand for their range of ‘In-line’ Vision Inspection Systems.
Mr. Sascha Baumanns, IntraVis Sales & Marketing Manager, recently toured
both countries to meet with prospective clients and demonstrate the
unique capabilities of the Intravis Vision systems range. The visit
followed the recent successful installation of a high speed, 5 camera
system at a leading Victorian plastic container manufacturer.
IntraVis are a global supplier of video inspection systems for
monitoring quality in the Plastics and Packaging Industries, and have
over 1600 systems installed in over 24 countries. The Vision machines
are designed to perform in-line inspection of plastic, glass & metal
packaging and components and to find and eject defects ranging from the
shape, colour, contamination, or dimensional variances |

Using the unique Intravis in-house developed software supported
by 25 software engineers, the equipment can inspect (and eject)
individual parts at a rate of up to 40 parts per second
depending on the application. Set-up can be achieved in minutes
with the user friendly set-up features and SQC functions. Easy
to use variable parameter settings, RFID operator access ensures
complete integrity for in-line inspection and data/history
storage capability is standard.
Payback can be achieved in less than 6 months where manual
inspection systems are currently used |
