Graewe’s Innovative WPC (wood plastic composite) Profile Brushing Machine

Graewe (Xtras for Extrusion) of Neuenburg, Germany, a leading manufacturer of Extrusion auxiliary equipment has released an innovative Brushing Machine, designed to give a pattern and roughing surface to plastic profiles made of WPC.

The BM125 machine has one upper and one lower brushing station that is separately driven and easily adjusted.

The upper brushing station is activated by pneumatic cylinders, while the lower one is activated by a pneumatic cylinder and a spindle gear.

The brushes have a maximum width of 300mm and a diameter of up to 250mm.

A built-on electrical control cabinet contains all the necessary electronic components for the automatic operation of the machine.

There are also integrated dust exhausters and a profile guide inlet and outlet that are provided for easier operation.
