GAMMAFLUX offer 5 year warranty on Injection Mould Hot Runner Temperature Control Systems

Gammaflux Inc. of Virginia USA, a leading supplier of Injection Mould Hot Runner Temperature Control Systems, now offer a five (5) year warranty program on its LEC and TTC product lines.

The new warranty program began on 1^st September 2007 for all LEC and TTC models sold after that date.

According to Mike Brostedt, Gammaflux Director of Market Development, this five year warranty puts Gammaflux ahead of its competitors, who currently offer a warranty period of only three years.

Gammaflux offers a range of Injection Mould Hot Runner Temperature Controller Systems which are designed to anticipate temperature changes, sense wiring and heater problems, and react instantly to avoid serious mould damage.  By combining digital capabilities with precision analog control, Gammaflux systems enable the user to achieve centralized command of molding systems and retrieve critical data for performance analysis.

LEC model controllers are available for smaller applications from 2-24 zones.

The TTC family (24 – 640 zones) includes advanced features such as original TTC touchscreen interface, Gammavision software (SPC data/graphing), Mold Doctor (advanced troubleshooting), Mold Monitor (material protection, heater resistance monitoring that predicts heater failure and heater wattage monitoring that predicts leaks) and Field Calibrator.
