Gammaflux Inc.
of Virginia USA, a leading supplier of Plastics Injection
Mould Hot Runner Temperature Control Systems, has introduced a new line
of products specifically designed for sequential valve gate hot runner
applications.
Moulders of large, complex or difficult to fill
parts often use sequential valve hot runner systems to achieve numerous
benefits, including knit line control, improved straightness, lighter
weight parts, and dimensional improvement. These systems use either
pneumatic or hydraulic valve gates that are selectively opened and
closed to precisely control gating on the part surface, and the material
flow front.
“Sequential valve gating is being increasingly used
by moulders to produce the best possible parts, shot after shot.” said
Mike Brostedt, Director of Market Development at Gammaflux. “We had
provided temperature control systems for SVGC in the past, but through
extensive input from our partner processors we have now introduced these
new controllers that are specifically for these applications.” |
