G.S. Italia Grill Marker machinery available in Oceania

The grill markers are suitable for marking (not cooking) a range of products such as breads, peppers, zucchini’s, meat steaks, hamburger patties & fish fillets. Grill markers are used to enhance the visual appearance of the food items, by marking a ‘grate-like’ mark on the food product.

The markers are available in gas or electric models, with outputs from 80 to 400 kg / hour depending on the product. The marking rolls are made of AISI 304 stainless steel and can be customised: vertically for products in slices or pieces or horizontally for small products. The machines can also handle wet and salted products.
