Their flagship machine is the NexGen Rotary Container Leak
Inspection system. It performs a functional test of container
and seal integrity and their latest model – the NexGen Rotary 30
is unique as its output per station is capable of up to 1200 BPM
(72,000 BPH). This has increased the throughput from previous
models by 25% while providing a greater level of leak test
sensitivity.
Containers are fed single file, via a tabletop or air conveyor,
into the timing screw and infeed starwheel. Each container is
individually pressurized and leak tested during its travel
around the turntable and returned to the conveyor by the exit
starwheel. Rejected containers are ejected by a speed
compensated air reject mechanism.
The colour touch screen pad has selectable languages and visual
displays and provides detailed leak test data per station. Part
changeover takes only 10 -15min, with a quick- lock, no- tool
change parts requiring no test or alignment. |
