Carlo Migliavacca release New Triplex 240 Piston Action Doser

Carlo Migliavacca, based in Parma, Italy, have recently released the Triplex 240 Automatic volumetric Piston Action Doser for mixed products with whole pieces, liquids and pastes which are to be distributed in glass, metallic or plastic containers.

The dispensers are easy to change and available in a range of shapes according to the type of product being processed. The dosing station is designed to minimise the mechanical handling of the food products, in order to maintain its natural characteristics. The maximum volume of the piston is 5,000cc with a filling head aperture of 45mm

The machine can handle a range of different shape containers from 70gm to 20Kg and is suitable for use with metallic or aluminium cans, plastic buckets, glass jars and bottles.

Hourly outputs and dosing speeds are adjustable via the electronic frequency variator and an optional touch screen is available that saves recipes, rapid input of parameters and washing cycle information. Dosing head height is servo driven and the filler has auto micro adjustment with no change parts required for fast format changeover.

It is equipped with a bottom up filling device together with heated and/or double insulated hopper.

 Suitable for: honey, soups, meat & vegetable sauces, corned beef, fruit & vegetable cubes, pulps, jams, ketchup, mayonnaise, baby foods, concentrated juices, creams etc
